Yes. You will need to be at home when the movers arrive to your location. This is because our movers will need to go over paperwork with you and they will need to receive instruction from you on what items will be moved and which items will stay behind. Once all of your items have been placed on the moving truck, you and the movers will do a final walkthrough to make sure no items were missed.

No. We cannot take your animals on our moving truck and we ask that you please make arrangements for them to be moved another way. We do have a list of prohibited items that cannot go on the moving truck and we will provide you with this list when you hire our company. Some of the items that we cannot take include frozen foods, flammable items, chemicals, and live plants.
